Pressure Ulcer Team - Individual Team Leaders

For hospitals with more than one pressure ulcer team

“Individual Team Leaders” should be appointed to head each team.

Individual team leaders can be:

• Another person who is certified in wound care
• Another person who has received additional education and training in pressure ulcer identification and staging
